Stage graphics and animations for Synapse were designed to visually present these topics in a clear and impactful way. We explored a range of topics like transhumanism, illustrating how technology could extend human lifespans, enhance cognitive abilities, and challenge the current limits of the human condition. Another session, featuring Michael Sandel, used graphics to highlight the factors that shape our consciousness and define what makes us human. Another set of graphics explored the concept of gene therapies and de-aging, illustrating both the potential and challenges of these science and tech advancements.

The intent behind these graphics and animations was to help the audience better understand the topics and feel the importance of these ideas in their own lives. Each session had its own style based on the topic, and animations were used to grab the audience’s attention at the start of each discussion. The use of bold imagery, purposeful colors, and slow, intense animation speeds helped set the tone and make the sessions more captivating.
